Darius Henderson Talking to Forest...OFFICIAL

This could free up some money which might mean KJ can purchase a new striker or two to add to the front line  A few if's, but's and maybe's with all of this, including the if's, but's and maybe's that are associated with Darius Henderson's game.
If he hadn't been silly and ended up in court.
He hasn't scored many goals lately but if he carried a lot less injuries he may have scored many more.
And maybe if he hadn't blown it with all of the above, he would be one of the top scoring strikers in the division and on the way to becoming a Millwall legend..

Mind you he may still do all of the above and become a Forest legend, but I doubt it.

Come the next day and he's gone. Thanks for the goals.

Bolton 1 Millwall 1 Championship 12/1/13

An inflated ego

There is us and then there is them and there is now and there is then, welcome to now.

Danny N'Guessen should have had this game sown up but it all went begging as he missed some very good chances. We go ahead from a early Andy Keogh penalty and dominate the first half but our good play was wasted when Bolton also score from a penalty shortly before half time. Bolton picked up in the second half and at least created chances but the Lions defended stoutly and David Forde was superb. Superb also was the travelling eleven hundred....loud and proud

Millwall and loan players-we must move on

Jamie O'hara, Jason Puncheon, Harry Kane, Mark Beevers, Chris Wood and Adam Smith.

We have had all of these players listed above on loan and all of them we have wanted to keep. It's frustrating when we take to players that are on loan with us but see them go back to their contracted club or elsewhere. Grudgingly we have to accept this and move on .Chris Wood has moved on and he must think that he has made the right choice, he may be right but I believe that he cannot say he didn't enjoy his time at the Den. He done fantastic and I was gutted to see him go, but such is life.
Now for a permanent signing, I do believe there is a few bob available.

Managing to sign Mark Beevers on a permanent deal is the exception and most welcome, quality defender.  We still have the talented Adam Smith but I see no way that we will manage to sign him from Spurs.
